Ordering
If you’d like to change or cancel your order, please let us know as soon as you can. Once we have started fulfilling your order, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

Please note that some credit card companies may charge foreign transaction fees when purchasing in a different currency. All such fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Yes. Our website uses a valid, trusted SSL certificate with HTTPS – you should see a lock icon in your browser address bar. For credit/debit card payments, CVV verification is required before your order can be completed.
All payments are processed via Stripe or PayPal. PayPal offers buyer protection for online purchases, while your credit/debit card issuer may offer chargeback services – please contact your credit card issuer directly for specific details.
Items shipped to locations both inside and outside the US, including territories, may be subject to tax. In jurisdictions where there is an obligation to collect Sales Tax or VAT, you will see the amount applied to your order, which our store will calculate for the shipping address you have selected. If applicable, you will see the information on the checkout page – please review it before completing your payment.
Sales tax in the US and US Territories
The tax rate applied to your order will be the combined state and local rates of the address where your order is delivered to or fulfilled from. Sales Tax is calculated on the total of your order, after discount. The amount of tax charged to your order depends on your shipping address.
The tax shown at checkout will be for your default address, so this may change if you change your shipping address.
International orders
The VAT tax rate is based on the destination country. Please note that additional customs and duty charges may apply if the order is over a certain threshold.
If you are shipping to a country outside of the US, you may be charged the applicable country tax rate.
Can I remove sales tax or VAT?
Sales Tax and VAT are automatically calculated to comply with current regulations for online purchases. We will always show you how much Sales Tax or VAT you will be charged when you go to checkout. Please review your order before completing the payment; we are obligated to make this charge and cannot remove it.
Once you have added items to your cart, you should see a coupon code field. Enter your code and click “Apply coupon”.
Please verify that the discount is applied before completing your payment. Promo codes or discounts can only be applied at checkout, and we cannot apply them retroactively.
Shipping & Delivery

Some items will take up to 7-15 days to be delivered to your home or business. Please keep this in mind before ordering.
You can track your order here using the tracking number provided to you in your order update email.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Teelosopher offers a 30-day return policy. If you receive an item that is incorrectly delivered or damaged, we’re happy to offer a refund or exchange within 30 days of your purchase. We do not accept returns for products which are not damaged or delivered incorrectly.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
– Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Note that only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, or if the item delivered does not match your order. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at frederic@sound-principles.com and send your item to: Sound Principles, 28C Stanley Street, Singapore 068737.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please try the following first:
– Check your bank account again
– Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
– Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
